Manifesting your dream life seems so easy right?

You think long enough about what you want, and then it shall appear within your reality.

'Like attracts like'

Seems pretty straight forward though, doesn't it?

If you're apart of any spiritual community then you've probably seen and heard a few success stories.

Like minded people manifesting new cars, vacations, homes, love, money, etc.

Hearing about others manifesting effortlessly sometimes leaves a few questions on the table.

"Is manifesting actually real?"
"Why hasn't it worked for me yet?" 
"How come others manifest and I can't?"

I get it and I used to ask the same question, but today I'll shed some light on how to really manifest your dream life.

After doing hours of research through blogs, books, videos, podcasts, courses I have compiled a 5 step plan to manifest a life you want to live.

It's time to drop some truth bombs about manifesting, so keep reading because it's going to get juicy!

1.) Know Exactly What You Want.

First and foremost you need a plan, you need to know exactly what you want to manifest.

Without one, you're just going to drifting from a new idea to another.

High hopes and dreams are the perfect way to start, but it's time to go into detail with what you want.

On a piece of paper brainstorm what you want to manifest.

Is it money?

Love?

Your Dream Job?

You can do more than one, but get into the nitty-gritty details with your plan, get creative with it!

If it's a new car what make, year, color is it?

What seat covers will it have, or will it have a lovely leather finish?

When do you want it by?

These are all questions that need to be answered when choosing what to manifest.

2.) Visualize.

Visualization is playing out your goal or dream within your mind, it's about creating the perfect movie, and that movie is your reality.

To make a visualization work, you need to feel it as well as see it.

When you create an emotional bond with your thoughts, it makes your visualization skills twice as powerful.

The reason is that your subconscious has no perception of time or reality, it doesn't actually know if your dreams have manifested, only your consciousness does.

There are many ways to visualize effectively, here are a few I like to use.
  • Create a dream board.
  • Use a manifestation box.
  • Use affirmations.
  • Expect an outcome.
  • Meditate.
Meditation has to be the best way to visualize, once you can get into trance state thoughts become clear, this makes the process easier.

However, I do have a lot of trouble relaxing, unwinding and trying to clear my head.

I like to use sound wave frequencies while meditating and visualizing, this saves more time and hassle doing it by myself.

3.) Take Action.

As Jim Carey once said;

"You can't just visualize then go eat a sandwich". 

I can't stress this one enough, you need to take actionable steps in order to reach your goals and dreams.

If your dream is to be a famous photographer, you cannot simply rely on thinking positive thinking.

Does it help?

100 percent, but positive thought is merely an ingredient for success.

When it comes to taking actionable steps, we think there needs to be a perfect time to start.

But this is untrue, the time is now!

If your goal is to be a photographer then start taking photos now.

Same goes with any dream or goal you wish to manifest, get going!

4.) Appreciate The Journey.

Not every day is going to be sunshine and daisies, your dreams might not happen overnight but that's okay!

There will be bumps in any journey you take, but it's how you cope with the obstacles that determine your end result.

If your manifestation hasn't come yet, the last thing you want to do is focus on it not arriving.

Why?

If you start focusing on lack, or not having enough, then that's what you will attract more of.

It's easy to do though, especially if your dreams haven't manifested yet.

So what do you do?

You express gratitude.

There is nothing more rewarding and uplifting then showing appreciation for what you have, and for what's to come.

If you're in a slump with your manifestations, grab a pen and start jotting down everything you are thankful for.

This not only will improve your mood but help raise your vibration too!

5.) Manifest.

The day has finally come, where you will be rewarded from all your efforts.

Remember to always count the small victories along your path, this helps to keep the spiritual momentum flowing.

If you haven't seen your dreams or goals manifest yet, then be patient.

Time is merely an illusion, do not be constricted by how long it takes as it will only cause resistance, this will lower your vibration.

Keep going, keep practicing these techniques and something will happen.

Make sure to practice your visualizations, show gratitude and take the right steps.

One Last Thing.

I know these techniques are easier said than done, sometimes it can feel overwhelming when you are not receiving anything yet.
